What You'll Do
* Define and execute a B2C-focused growth strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Scale user acquisition through marketing channels: SEO, SEM, ASO and other relevant channels.
* Own and track key B2C growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and activation rates.
* Manage marketing agencies.
* Develop data-driven segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and retention.
* Establish a strong and consistent brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
What You Bring
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 4+ yr of experience in growth marketing for B2C digital products (MUST HAVE).
* Proven expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies for consumer-facing apps, marketplaces, or digital products.
* Deep experience in SEO, SEM, paid social, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
* Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in cohort analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, and performance tracking.
* Experience designing and executing SEO strategies.
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
* Experience in freemium models, subscription-based services, or high-velocity digital products is a huge plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
