Ecostars ESG AI is a B2B SaaS focused on ESG certification management hub for the travel industry (no travel content is fully required, although it would be highly valuable). The company was born in 2021 and now is heading its Series A round (previous Seed round was invested by VCs 4Founders and Encomenda). Ecostars is the leader in its sector in Spain and Europe, and 3rd at a global scale, present in 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, APAC, and MEA. A total of 2,500 hotels have been certified with Ecostars, including large chains as Meliá, Paradores, Catalonia, H10, Vincci, Abba, Sercotel and individual hotels from large international chains as Marriott, Accor, Hilton, Mandarin Oriental, etc.
Ecostars is a high-growth startup with a strong product and deep tech (AI powered), experienced team, that is looking for a top hyper-growth CRO.
About the Role
Ecostars is looking for a rockstar Senior Sales Executive to focus on the international expansion of our certificate and SaaS. With a small team and no Sales specialists, Ecostars has certified 2,500 hotels in the last 3 years. Assisted by your Sales skills and experience, your target will be to onboard 2,000 new hotels in 2025. Similar levels of hyper-growth targets will be expected in the subsequent years. For this task, you will rely mainly on CRM (Hubspot), in-house technology, a well-defined product, and transversal support teams. Our market is the world, so scalability is crucial.
Previous experience in hyper-growth Sales positions in B2B hotel tech startups/scale-ups/companies is a must. Additionally, the startup working environment is special, so previous experience in rocket startups is very appreciated.

Requirements
We are very demanding for this position, and applicants MUST meet all the following requirements:
1. A) 4-6 years of experience in Sales positions (very successful, we'll ask for references)
2. B) In B2B hotel/travel tech or ESG companies
3. C) CRM Mastery: Hubspot leader, strong experience
4. D) Perfect English: Native or C2
5. E) Based in Madrid, Spain (hybrid work model)
Compensation and Package
Salary compensation aligned with experience, plus up to 100% variable. Additionally, we can offer a (small) equity-based compensation so you can benefit from the company hyper-growth.
