We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead a group of stores within a dynamic and growing retail environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, enhancing customer experience, and leading high-performing teams across your area.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Store Managers in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.Coach teams to identify commercial opportunities and ensure strong execution of strategic plans.Use reporting tools and data insights to drive performance and improve in-store availability.Develop talent, promote succession planning, and foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement.Ensure operational excellence, manage budgets and costs effectively, and drive cost-saving initiatives.Champion health & safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.Requirements:Proven experience in a multi-site retail management role.Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.Commercially driven with strong analytical and planning abilities.Passion for people development and customer experience.Ability to work strategically while being hands-on and results-oriented.If you're ready to take on a key leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
