Are you an experienced growth marketing leader with a proven track record in B2 C models?Do you thrive in high-growth environments where user acquisition, conversion, and retention are at the core of success?If this sounds like you, keep reading—this could be your opportunity.What You'll DoDefine and execute a B2 C-focused growth strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Scale user acquisition through marketing channels: SEO, SEM, ASO and other relevant channels.Own and track key B2 C growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and activation rates.Manage marketing agencies.Develop data-driven segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and retention.Establish a strong and consistent brand identity that resonates with the target audience.What You BringA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.4+ yr of experience in growth marketing for B2 C digital products (MUST HAVE).Proven expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies for consumer-facing apps, marketplaces, or digital products.Deep experience in SEO, SEM, paid social, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in cohort analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, and performance tracking.Experience designing and executing SEO strategies.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Experience in freemium models, subscription-based services, or high-velocity digital products is a huge plus.Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).What’s in it for you?
