Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements and stakeholder needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design effective solutions.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and validate requirements.
* Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation on processes and systems.
* Participate in the implementation of solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
* Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Previous experience in the healthcare sector.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish (oral and written).
* Residency in Spain.
