Our client, a Technological Start Up is searching for a full-time position of Head of Reward (HR). Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR of HR will lead and oversee our Compensation and Benefits function and contribute to the company ́s growth with a strategic generalist role in People&Culture department. The HR will play a strategic role in developing and implementing Compensation and Benefits plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's vision and mission.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
* Generalist role with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits. With multi-country management experience.
* Supervision and management of key areas such as personnel administration, labor relations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and budget among others.
* Definition and implementation of policies, processes and projects that accompany the rapid growth of the organization.
* Valuable experience in roles in which you have had to "build from scratch" and/or in start-up environments.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Psychology, Economics or related fields. Master's degree in HR or specialized training desirable.
* Knowledge of management tools (e.g. Successfactors, Workday, budgeting tools...).
* Experience in the technology sector is valued, although not essential.
* 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
* Mastery of English, both spoken and written.
* Thorough knowledge of national/international labor legislation.
