Role OverviewThe Financial Controller role will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and providing insights that drive business decisions.The role involves excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, strong leadership and communicaton skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.This position reports directly to the CFO and collaborates closely with othes departments to support the company´s finacial health and growth.Your main responsibilities will be:Manage accounting and financial functions, including month-end close processes and account reconciliations.Prepare and present accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit/loss reports, and cash flow analyses.Analytical accounting oversight.Enforcement of strong internal controls to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.Prepare detailed financial forecasts and models.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to top management.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Leverage technology and tools to streamline financial analysis and reporting.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking and ensure accuracy of financial data.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor degree on Business Administration5 years of experience as Financial Controller or similar role in over 40 millions turnover companies, ideally under a corporate international environment.Skills: Large expirience in Management Control working with international branches, consolidation knowledge and focus on reporting taskExpertise in accounting, financial análisis, budgeting, forecasting, developing financial models, and reportingProficiency in financial data analysis, tren identification, and providing accurate insightsKnowledge of financial software, ERP (SAP B1), and data analytical tools (Power BI is a plus)Strong communication skills: Explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and accesible mannerAbility to take initiative and expand the area of responsibilityB2 Englis levelMeet MT Group valuesMT Group Values.-Customer focused – prioritize customer satisfaction; provide excellent service; and actively seek ways to improve the customer / rider experience.
