As Stock Specialist at this multi-product luxury retail store, your duties will include receiving goods and ensuring proper handling of all products in the stockroom and store, adhering to KPIs, guidelines and company procedures for product care.
The successful individual must be a current resident of Ibiza, fully fluent in English, and possess 2 years of retail experience with a focus on stock administration and coordination in a busy retail setting. The key qualities required are strong organisational skills, attention to detail, numeracy, proficient administration, and excellent teamwork abilities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Safeguard and maintain the care of all products in line with company standards.
2. Oversee daily receipt and storage of goods following company protocols, preparing items for the store while maximising time efficiency.
3. Ensure correct product protection and packaging in-store and for DHL deliveries.
4. Prepare customer orders for DHL pickup, adhering to company guidelines and deadlines.
5. Coordinate with the Buyer and Store Manager on any damaged or unsellable products.
6. Manage products on hold or undergoing repair.
7. Maintain and update stock of packaging, store supplies and stationery in the system.
8. Set up visual displays according to guidelines.
9. Assist in proper management and distribution of uniforms.
10. Assist in proper handling and documentation of gifting items.
11. Follow company procedures in case of theft, focusing on communication and documentation.
12. Aid in promptly investigating stock discrepancies in the system.
13. Oversee the flow of all products and related documentation, recording stock movements in the system.
14. Contribute to the effective organisation and execution of weekly and monthly inventories, including packaging, labels, stationery, point-of-sale material, store furniture and props and store supplies.
15. Support stockroom activities for retail sales as per business guidelines.
16. Ensure stockroom security and cleanliness.
17. Assist the Store Manager and head office team in optimising the use of space.
18. Support Sales Advisors in sales activities.
19. Maintain professional communication with all suppliers and the head office team.
20. Adhere to KPIs updates, guidelines, and company procedures from the Store Manager or head office team.
Essential Skills
1. A retail professional with 2 years of experience in a Stock Specialist role, ideally in the Luxury/Fashion sector.
2. Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
3. Strong administrative skills.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. Strong sense of responsibility.
6. Good with numbers.
7. Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
Remuneration & Benefits
