Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
* Manage the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Specific Duties:
* Receive, catalogue, and store all technical drawings, reports, and related documents in an organized manner in line with approved project policies and procedures.
* Supervise the correct application of the document codification system across all project teams.
* Maintain accurate and easily retrievable electronic and hard copy filing systems.
* Control project communications to ensure all information is properly documented and distributed.
* Respond promptly to information retrieval requests and provide support for information searches and other documentation needs.
* Prepare progress reports and provide support to various departments as required.
* Ensure adherence to internal ISO processes and compliance with the integrated management system.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Prior experience in document control or similar administrative roles, preferably in construction engineering or the renewable energy sector.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
* Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Education: A degree in Documentation Management, Library Science, or a related field is desirable.
* Attributes: Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
