JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Coordinator will be responsible for providing daily support to the global Product Manager with a focus on product operations and delivery. The goal of the product team is to provide participants with a special user experience at the conferences in order to increase the engagement of the participants to the congress and make them want to come and participate in more congresses of Kenes. The team assists in selecting the products by listening to their requirements and making special adjustments to products to meet client’s needs. The team is also responsible for bringing innovative products and ideas to the company by investigating the market, learning the new technologies, testing products at competitors, and traveling to exhibitions to be exposed to new ideas and potential suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Product Manager by assisting and implementing product marketing activities
• Assist with day-to-day product marketing tasks
• Coordinate delivery and execution with external vendors
• Work closely with IT to implement products according to clients’ requirements and support them in real-time
• Onsite assistance – Provide real-time support for our products in congresses
• Work closely with the Meeting Planner to ensure flawless onsite performance
• Produce written content for website and products
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-3 years’ experience in junior product roles/technical project management/customer success/pre-sale/junior SW developers
• Willingness to travel abroad 4-5 times a year for conferences.
• English – native or mother tongue level – written and spoken
• Specify market requirements (MRD) for existing and future products, according to marketing strategy
• Strong sales skills & project management skills
• Experience in web interface and UX design
• Strong team player
• Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent writing & communication skills
• Interest in creating, developing, testing and analyzing new and existing products
• Technological and analytical orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
