Job Description
How will you contribute and drive success?
1. Clear Value Delivery: Contribute through delivering sales opportunities & qualified pipeline contribution through innovative outbound & inbound prospecting methods. This role focuses on the initial stages of opportunity generation.
2. Accountability: Develop territory & account strategies to create & execute meaningful outreach to intrigue and captivate those we seek to engage.
3. Collaboration is Key: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and Business Development Peers to focus, learn, adapt, and evolve.
4. Inquisitive by nature: Cultivate a deep understanding of your target market.

Qualifications
What skills and experience do we seek?
1. 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience.
2. SaaS or Tech is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills in Swedish & English.
4. Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.
5. Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset.
6. Thirst to learn and challenge yourself – Business Development is not an easy ride!
7. Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.
8. Strong foundational knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process.
9. Balances independence with team success, taking pride in collective achievements.
