Your Role and Tasks Leading discussions with clients, including stakeholders at senior levels, driving the alignment of business needs with technical solutions Requirements gathering, analysis and solution propositions, keep tracking of user requirements Assisting the project manager to control the overall scope of project requirements and properly manage the whole project backlogs Designing business function flow charts and preparing system functional specifications according to user requirements Functional requirements and solution review with clients and ensures that requirements are correctly understood by development, testing and design team Verification, optimization and upgrade of the system after implementation and client''s feedback Insurance platform implementation, with a particular focus on affinity and travel insurance programs Supporting the Customer onboarding team in pre sales activities and the handover from Sales to Account Management including participating in workshops with prospects, performing platform demos, participating in RfI and RfP responses and assisting the Deal team in developing the optimal business and IT solution for the prospects What You Bring with You At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry In depth understanding of insurance products, processes, and their application to IT transformation projects Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good communication and coordination skills Familiar with daily working tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence etc. Fluent in spoken English and French, Spanish/Flemish is a plus High un
