Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the front lines of enhancing the Prime Video experience and protecting customer experience in our ever-evolving digital world.
As a Group Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Team Managers and Senior Associates, while collaborating with policy, program, engineering, legal and other teams to prevent violating content from appearing on the Prime Video platform. Your team of associates will evaluate abuse trends and quality, and develop workflows and processes that maintain our quality/community guidelines. Your teams will review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Leading a team of Team Managers and Trust & Safety Senior Associates.
2. Collaborate with Policy, Program, Engineering, Legal and other teams to prevent violating content from appearing on Prime Video.
3. Oversee the audit of human and ML review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities.
4. Use verbal and written communication to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the catalog associates.
Qualifications
1. Experience in organization-wide initiatives that deliver direct business impact globally.
2. Experience in managing large teams (50+).
3. Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation/rating, data labeling, or other compliance functions.
4. Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Dutch.
5. Previous experience in data analysis.
6. Experience working with global teams.
