Job Title: Account Manager Home Care North of Spain
Job Description:
As an Account Manager of Sleep & Respiratory Care, you are responsible for defined DME and end-to-end sales processes. Act as a single contact point for customers and manage CRM and KOL relationships, developing new opportunities.
Your role:
1. Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
2. Creating the yearly sales plan, with the help of sales management, to set targets and plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
3. Creating optimal offers to the accounts together with the internal order desk.
4. Initializing customer-tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
5. Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions and improving contact between the internal service and customers to achieve good results.
6. Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supporting national promotions.
7. Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition trends to inform about the situation.
As a part of the Sleep and Respiratory Care - Iberia team, you will report to the S&RC Sales Leader Iberia.
You will have an opportunity to develop your sales and operational management skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.
You are the right fit if:
1. Experience in account management, sales activity, or project management.
2. Preferably a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
3. Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
4. Experience working with large matrix teams, both internal and external.
5. Understanding of local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and local challenges and regulations.
6. Background in the healthcare industry will be an asset.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
8. Clinical knowledge is desirable.
9. Clean driving license.
10. Willing and able to travel.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
