Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain, the number 1 Company in the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector, is currently looking for a professional to join the Business Support Services Team in Madrid. We are a team of professional analysts with a special focus on business partnering, support for Commercial Business Units, and technical capabilities. We are looking for individuals who can prioritize, find opportunities, and proactively foster their own development.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the Business Support Services team in the payment process including the purchase orders creation.
2. Distribution of medical education materials.
3. Creation of contracts being the contact point between the Business and the legal department.
4. Data analysis to identify pending payments.
5. Proactively address any issues or incidents related to the payment process.
6. Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities.
7. Support ongoing projects and connect with stakeholders.
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with the following profile/qualifications:
* University Degree, preferably in Economics, ADE, Business Administration, or similar.
* High level of English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented persons.
* Team player and collaborative working style.
* Motivated, flexible and proactive, eager to take initiative.
