The role is a hybrid set-up, 50% working from the Swiss Re offices in Madrid, and 50% from home office.
About the role
As a key member of our combined IT Asset Management team, you'll work at the intersection of business analysis, project management, and technical execution. Your insights and data-driven approach will be pivotal in maintaining a resilient IT asset inventory and driving the evolution of our APM/SACM services. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring well-governed projects, innovative solutions, and accurate documentation - all crucial to supporting our IT Resilience strategy.
In your role you will:
1. Champion the APM/SACM service by providing insightful business analysis and data-backed requirements, safeguarding and advancing a comprehensive and reliable asset inventory aligned with business goals.
2. Assist the team lead in implementing programme management standards.
3. Coordinate innovative projects that deliver on our strategic roadmap.
4. Create and manage technical and operational documentation, adhering to best practices.
5. Collaborate with a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders, fostering strong, trusted partnerships.
6. Support Service Owners in defining and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark and enhance our services.
7. Ensure process integrity for audits and governance validation.
8. Contribute to Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities.
Your qualifications

What we need from you
1. Experience producing high quality, data-driven requirements through business analysis skills and techniques.
2. Passion for technical writing & documentation standards for knowledge management.
3. Project Management experience leading small-to-medium sized technical projects.
4. Knowledge and experience in application portfolio and configuration management, specifically IT Asset Management.
5. You enjoy working in a service and customer-oriented manner, enjoy solving complex problems and have a process-analytical way of working.
6. Continuous service improvement mindset and constantly strive to improve processes and services.
7. High level of English.
Nice to Have
1. Familiarity with Service Now Service Management, especially Application Portfolio and IT Asset Management modules.
2. Technical knowledge (experience in, or working closely with, DevOps, QA, Network, Cloud, Security, etc.).
3. Business Analysis certifications as CBAP, CBDA, CCBA, or can demonstrate similar skills and expertise.
4. Project Management Certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Lean, Agile).
5. Experience/Certifications with ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc.), Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP), or ITIL frameworks, or able to demonstrate similar skills and expertise.
6. Experience analysing technical dependencies, data flows, and their impact on business services.

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 60,000] and [EUR 100,000] (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
1. the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
2. the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
