As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide technical support and assistance to customers via e mail and phone. Addresses, responds, and resolves customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will also provide responses in a timely manner to customer queries and focus on building close long term client relationships. We are looking for a passionate candidate with a high sense of teamwork. Your Contribution Deliver training to OEMs and assemblers as per request and business needs. Deploy high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action and improvement. Take control of OEMs'' claims by escalating to key company areas if necessary. Coordinate with the Supply Chain department for parts pick ups and replacement shipments. Guide customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions. Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem. Prepare customer reports to track progress on improvement actions. Your Experience & Qualifications Mechatronics or Bike industry background (or high knowledge) is required. High School graduate or higher. At least 2 3 years of experience in a customer service environment. MS Office package/Microsoft Dynamics 365/SAP. English proficient and German proficient. Logistics knowledge/Training skills/Innovation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and computer skills. Proficient in customer focus skills. Professional and pleasant telephone and face to face manner. Availability to travel and visit customers when required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
