Job Description:
An opportunity for a Jigs and Tools Engineer for MDCD production support has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas.
The selected candidate will join the Mfg. Eng. Tools Development Engineer team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support production start of assembly jigs for A350F Main Deck Cargo Door. The position requires availability to work in triple production shift pattern.
* Support the plant in all activities where tools are involved in the frame of Main Deck Cargo Door assembly line.
* Ensure that the provided Jigs & Tools solution is completely integrated within the industrial system, through a robust acceptance process based on defined KPIs.
* Secure the industrialization of Jigs & Tools (creation, development, and modification) until Final Acceptance and handover to Operations for A350F Main Deck Cargo Door new assembly line.
* Design and/or specify the tooling in accordance with the process engineer from manufacturing engineering, operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomics, maintenance engineer, and tooling quality.

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the area.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: SAP, Office.
