Transformation Delivery Manager
Summary of the Role
As the Transformation Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of critical initiatives and deploying effective working methods across teams. You’ll support the design and implementation of the Digital & Transformation Services (DTS) operating model, acting as a catalyst for change in agile practices, while overseeing cross-value stream coordination. You will also provide reference knowledge in project management, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management and Operational Efficiency:
* Provide reference knowledge in project management (including planning, cost control and analysis, quality assurance, risk management, and project communication), operational efficiency, and business transformation.
* Create project or sub-project plans and monitor progress against schedule.
* Manage and improve capacity planning.
* Develop and maintain the project methodology, library, filing, recording, and reporting systems.
* Develop and support effective communication mechanisms among the project and Solution teams.
* Act on behalf of Project Manager on transversal and/or complex projects.
* Fully manage internal division projects when needed.
* Coordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports at organization or project level.
* Set up and maintain systems for tracking and recording projects delivery at organization or project level (JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.).
* Use structured logic and methods to solve problems. Propose effective solutions based on own/team's ideas and feedback.
Design and Deployment of DTS Operating Model:
* Contribute to designing and deploying the DTS operating model.
* Collaborate with DTS governance teams to implement the new operating model.
* Define clear roles, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms for consistent workflow.
* Work closely with other DTS project managers to enhance processes continually.
Cross-Value Stream Coordination and Reporting:
* Chair Portfolio Sync meetings, driving cross-dependencies and risks.
* Monitor projects roadmap and facilitate discussions on transversal initiatives.
* Coordinate the production of reports and project summary reports.
Project Execution and Transformation Leadership:
* Ensure digitalization projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Act as a conductor for stakeholders, aligning communication and execution.
* Manage vendors, ensuring quality delivery and a smooth transition into teams.
About the Ideal Candidate
* University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
* Minimum 7-8 years of experience in transformation management, delivering and executing IT projects in complex organizations.
* Proficient at both transversal/governance and project levels.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies framework (SAFE, Scrum) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Proficient in English (both verbal and written); another language is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker translating intents into actionable digitalization roadmaps.
* Ability to clearly articulate complex information to a wide range of audiences.
* Collaborative mindset, driving results in alignment with expected value.
