Your Tasks
* Support and management of various IT applications, including SCADA systems, on Windows and Linux platforms
* Ensuring the operation of responsible applications in 3rd level support, including coordination with 1st and 2nd level support
* Technical analysis and troubleshooting for complex issues that cannot be resolved at the 1st or 2nd level
* Scripting and data analysis to identify and resolve system issues (e.g., writing scripts to restore missing data, analyzing system connections and performance)
* Diagnosing and resolving issues related to data availability, system connectivity, and network performance
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop optimizations and solutions for system challenges
* Creating and maintaining documentation and guidelines for 1st and 2nd level support
Your Profile
* Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
* Experience in supporting and managing IT applications
* Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
* Experience with PowerShell and databases
* Analytical thinking and the ability to conduct in-depth troubleshooting
* High results orientation and quality awareness
* Proactive mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
* Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
* Fluent English skills (spoken and written); ideally German or Spanish skills
* 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
