At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Support to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices at its offices in Madrid.
Your main responsibilities at reception will be:
* Work from the office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff;
* Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments;
* Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices;
* Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies)
Requirements:
* Previous experience in assistance/administrative/receptionist duties of 2-3 years;
* High level of English, Spanish and Chinese;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package;
Conditions of the position
* Contract Type: Indefinite
* Location: Madrid. 100% on-site
* Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00
* Salary range: 20.000-22.000€.
* 200 per month in restaurant card
