Product Manager (Brand Category Manager)
Leading Value-Added Distributor and provider of IT and IoT products, solutions, and services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Brand Category Manager) to oversee and develop a competitive product line for streaming solutions, including headphones, webcams, and accessories.
Founded in 1990 in Belarus and headquartered in Cyprus since 1995, the company operates two master distribution centers in the Czech Republic and the UAE, with subsidiaries in 27 countries. This role focuses on market research, product development, pricing strategy, inventory management, and go-to-market planning, ensuring product differentiation and strong positioning within the industry.
The position offers the flexibility of remote work, while the company prefers candidates open to relocation to Cyprus.

Your task:
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
* Develop and manage product categories, ensuring a structured and competitive product lineup.
* Define product requirements and ensure a strong Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for differentiation.
* Establish pricing strategies and oversee inventory management to optimize profitability and stock level.
* Supervise product testing, production processes, and compliance with technical standards.
* Lead product launches and adapt offerings to meet specific market requirements.
Requirements:
* 3-6 years of experience in category or product management within streaming solutions (headphones, webcams, accessories), consumer electronics, or related industries.
* English level B2 or higher, willingness to travel when needed (Russian is a plus but not required).
* Strong understanding of technical product features, market trends, and supply chain management.
* Experience in OEM development and collaboration with manufacturing partners.
* Exposure to international markets and ability to adapt products to regional requirements.
* Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
