The Opportunity
Guarantor of PUIG Financial Master Data Management to support the decision making.
What you'll get to do
• Ensure all data within the Group is mapped correctly and knowledge exists of data and flows.
• Align financial business language around data, creating a 'Glossary' and promoting for building trust in data. Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze systems and data flows from a data management perspective.
• Identifying areas for improvement in terms of information flows and structure, automation, information representation and advising project teams in best practice and implementation.
• Act as a single point of contact in order to ensure overall consistency, quality of data and simplicity of data usage.
• Evaluate data integrity techniques and systems to improve data accuracy.
• Foster a culture of data centricity and data quality.
• Address complaints and enquiries related to data issues.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Finance. He / She has a minimum of 2 years' finance experience and in data management and administration. As such, fluency in Spanish and English is compulsory.
• Good communication skills, personal organization, rigor, accurateness as well as high level of attention to details are necessary to endorse this mission.
• Specific Knowledge required: SAP/ Microsoft Office
• You must be able to act as a partner for finance and IT teams and have a solid leadership to get things done and manage improvement projects.
