JOB PURPOSE
The Product Owner Mobility is responsible for the definition of the vision for our mobility framework. This role will ensure successful planning, execution, and continuous improvement of mobility initiatives, aligning development teams, stakeholders, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for mobile and web applications.
* Act as a bridge between development teams, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user needs and business goals.
* Implement and manage agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to optimize development workflows.
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks that could impact product delivery.
* Ensure projects remain within scope, on schedule, and aligned with company objectives.
* Define and track key product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve user experience and adoption.
* Manage internal and external capacities to develop the UX / UI teams to enhance usability and overall app performance.
* Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience :
* 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
* Experience working in mobile and web app development environments.
* Solid understanding of user experience (UX), customer feedback loops, and product analytics.
* Fluent in Business English.
Nice to have :
* Previous experience in the tooling and transportation industry.
* Relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager) are a plus.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software architectures are a plus.
