Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Dutch Market (Hybrid, Barcelona)
We are seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist for the Dutch market to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for clients.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.
3. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
4. Achieve productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
5. Create compelling proposals and pitch ideas over the phone and email.
6. Maintain high levels of client interaction and customer service.
Requirements:
1. Native or C2 level Dutch with a B2 level of English.
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
6. Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business goal ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
