Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Ops team, execute and perform the sales strategy implemented by the company in all assets in Iberia.
2. Ensure that the portfolio meets the established income performance goals, supporting the asset managers on each asset and developing and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve results.
3. Support the Ops team to build strong relationships with key providers. Strong leadership and experience in groups, agencies, and companies within the academic year, particularly during summer time, is a must, both nationally and internationally.
4. Benchmark and monitor the sector competition in each location, providing periodic reports to the Ops team regarding sales strategy adaptations to meet market conditions while keeping the sales objectives.
