Necomplus, part of Asseco South Eastern Europe Group is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join the Controlling team in Spain! This is a brand new position, so you will have the opportunity to make an impact and develop your own ideas.
Main accountabilities:
1. Participate in budgeting and forecasting process.
2. Input/import data into reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track corrections.
3. Calculate variances from the budget and participate in interpreting results.
4. Prepare ad-hoc reports to support decision making.
5. Participate in integrated financial reporting and delivery actuals data from ERP to group reporting system.
6. Coordinate with the Accounting setup of ERP system to assure consistency with Group requirements.
7. Prepare regular and non-regular analysis and explanations on request of Group Controlling.
8. Be part of Group Controlling organization, share experiences and cooperate with a team of experienced Financial Controllers across the SEE region.
About you
Education:
Master’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Language:
English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, making presentations, preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed tasks.
Spanish - Advanced level.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Relevant experience in Finance or Controlling (ideally in a multinational environment).
Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of complex reporting structures including finance and accounting principles, budgeting and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or CCH Tagetik will be a strong advantage.
Capacity to understand the business substance, curiosity, creativity, out of the box mentality, team spirit, and a 'to do' attitude are among key skills needed for the job.
