Oliver Wyman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Product Manager to join our global Learning & Development Team.
The Opportunity:
As Learning Product Manager for Early Careers you will be responsible for overseeing the impact and development of learning products for our internal consulting employees in the early career stage.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 4 years of experience in Learning Product Management.
* This role will also suit someone from a strategy consulting background, looking to transition into a Learning & Development role.
* Experience of being a Learning Product Manager within the management consulting or professional services sectors.
* Experience of translating business requirements to talent and development solutions.
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a variety of stakeholders.
* Proven strong project management skills.
* Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An evident passion for learning and development.
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is preferred.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Developing and maintaining a roadmap for the creation and enhancement of learning products.
* Conducting comprehensive needs analysis among internal employees.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to define objectives and create effective learning strategies.
* Working closely with designers and technology teams to ensure the timely development of learning solutions.
* Conducting ongoing assessment and evaluation of learning products.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning design.
* Collaborating with HR and talent development teams.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their specific requirements.
