For our Division of Separation & Flow Technologies (Olive Oil Excellence Center) we are looking for a Director Separators Service Olive Oil. Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes. The Olive Oil Excellence Center located in Úbeda, Spain, is the only GEA Group Center worldwide focused on the Application of Olive Oil using GEA's mechanical separation technology.
Main responsibilities:
* Steer and coordinate Separation Service activities for Olive Oil application in the geographical scope of Iberia.
* Promote and implement initiatives to develop and improve the service business.
* Set, together with Director Separators Service – Iberia & SFT Division Representative and Country Service Representative, align, monitor and become accountable of Service P&L, targets, processes, standards, methods and tools.
* Coordinate with Head of Sales to steer sales in the geographical scope of Iberia.
* Lead, develop and manage the human resources of the Service team.
* Actively monitor market and competition trends, drive best practice sharing and Services excellence e.g., cross-selling, incl. implementing state-of-the-art service processes and methods.
* Foster collaboration with all other departments in the company in and out of the SFT division.
* Act as liaison between customers, production and sales departments related to specific customer orders.
* Foster exchange of best practices, continuous improvement and innovation to increase employee and customer satisfaction in SFT division and across all others.
Your Profile / Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
* At least 5 years leadership experience in one or more service related positions.
* Work experience within management of a service organization.
* Deep practical know-how of state-of-the-art service process organization methods and tools.
* Knowledge of theory and principles in service management.
* Built up service strategies, implemented them and by that improved overall profitability.
* English (proficient).
* Good leadership skills.
* Ability to network and build relationships.
* Deep understanding of business.
* Strong communicator, good net-worker.
* Strongly innovative thinking and change competences.
* Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills.
* Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes.
* Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem solving skills.
