Your Mission:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive the growth of our vendor network across key European markets. You’ll be responsible for sales, onboarding new suppliers and DMCs, and making sure they thrive on our platform. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead outreach to MICE vendors and DMCs, turning cold leads into happy clients
Manage the full onboarding process of suppliers—from initial contact to profile setup
Present and demo Mint Link to prospective partners (both online and in-person when required)
Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to improve vendor experience
Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and suggest growth opportunities
Attend MICE industry events and exhibitions to promote Mint Link and expand our network
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in Business Development or Sales, ideally in MICE, travel, or hospitality
Strong knowledge of how the MICE industry operates (RFPs, tenders, DMC services, etc.)
Native or fluent English speaker plus one of the following: Spanish, German, or French
Great communicator, both written and verbal—you know how to build trust fast
Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and online demos
Proactive and self-driven—able to work independently with a remote team
Nice to Have:
Experience working with event tech or SaaS platforms
Existing network in the MICE or DMC space
Based in Europe
