The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role will lead and mentor teams through lean methodologies to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across all business functions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and instruct business leaders and associates in the application of lean methodologies across business and manufacturing operations.
* Drive order-to-cash transformation activities across the value chain.
* Establish a culture of continuous improvement through leadership and coaching, ensuring hands-on facilitation of Kaizen activities and employee training.
* Implement process improvement initiatives using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Process Control, and SMED projects.
* Develop a long-term continuous improvement strategy and maintain a pipeline of lean initiatives.
* Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to align with benchmarks.
* Enhance material flow techniques and implement pull systems between manufacturing and supply chain processes.
* Share practices across different business units to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of improvements.
* Document standardized work and operating procedures to sustain efficiency gains.
* Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and sustainable results of improvement projects.

Requisiti:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
* Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in lean transformation, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain.
* Proven track record in implementing lean methodologies (e.g., Shingo, Model Site).
* Strong knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
* Ability to analyze performance data and financial metrics.
* Experience with manufacturing software, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools.
* Certified Lean Expert or Lean Belt preferred.
* Strong problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability skills.
* Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects effectively.
