Job Title: Financial Data Senior Analyst
Key Responsibilities
New Transfer Pricing (TP) Tool
1. Active and leading role in UAT of the Transfer Pricing Tool, to be launched in the 2Q2025.
2. Coordinate trainings with non-TP colleagues and be the entry point for all system related issues and any adaptations that need to be implemented.
3. Acquire all technical know-how to support the rest of the Transfer Pricing Team users.
4. Fully understand the logic of the data flow and have the SAP BW knowledge to be able to validate data source and accuracy.
Process Automation
1. Design an automated analysis process to be run periodically to capture all customer revenue at product level for the Amadeus Group entities to identify those products that are mapped to incorrect GL Accounts.
2. Corporate Support Analysis (analysis to validate reasonability of CS allocation by intercompany transaction to propose future setup for specific cases).
3. Cost Center Matrix (automated validation of cost center setup). This should include: 100% of cost center, highlight of inconsistencies, mapping of capitalization site, validation of how to map with other internal tools to get automated input on solutions for which services are being provided.
4. Design and automate a Digital Service Tax Dashboard for reporting to Management and support the Team in extracting all the required data to perform DST calculations at a transaction by transaction level.
5. Collecting information from other divisions of Amadeus. Improvement of current methods used in the collection of data from other teams of Amadeus while retaining the essential integrity and security of the information collected.
6. Understanding financial parameters and financial processes to be able to analyze, automate and improve efficiencies within the transfer pricing unit and propose new alternatives of data extraction to maximize the accuracy of the data.
About the Ideal Candidate
1. University Degree in Business / Finance. Data Analytics specialization would be an asset.
2. 6-7 years experience in the Finance Department of a multinational company or Auditing Firm.
3. Business understanding: A good knowledge of the Amadeus Group would be an asset.
Skills:
1. Handling accounting information, business process information and financial reports.
2. Interpret reports to help build tax reports.
3. Self-sufficiency.
4. Understanding of SQL and various data models as well as in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills.
