JOB SUMMARY
Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is looking for a proactive analytical person interested in digital marketing and travel. The role will report to the Minor Europe & Americas HQ team and will be responsible for planning, buying, implementing, and reporting the media campaigns, primarily online with some offline activities. Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Metasearch, and Affiliation) is out of the scope of this role.

EXPERIENCE
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and overall 4-5 years of digital marketing/media experience, preferably at a media agency and/or marketing departments of a client.
* Experience in strategic media planning, buying, and implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
* Preferable: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Engineering
* Also acceptable: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar with a “numeric” and analytical professional experience
* Marketing or Advertising degree
* Additional training in Marketing and/or Digital Communication
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Media role will report to the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce and will be responsible for leading the Media Strategy, global budget supervision, and agency relationship.
* Main role: Media Strategy, Planning, buying, reporting, and optimization.
* Responsible for the global overview and performance of the upper and mid-funnel disciplines.
* Directly responsible for online display and branding.
* Lead the analysis and input on all other investments (combining and integrating offline and online): Paid Media, Paid Social, emailing, etc.
* Supervise and approve local BU yearly media plan.
* Align with different countries, Marketing Directors, and e-commerce to define and implement the plan.
* Support assets and supervise market initiatives.
* Coordinate with Headquarters teams and media agency Headquarters team.
* Key contact with media agency.
* Coordinate the communication materials needed for media plan implementation with BU and Marketing departments.
* Ready to negotiate with media (barter or cash) directly with media partners or with the media agency.
* Coordinate the annual communication plan with the BU marketing teams to ensure correct execution and implementation.
* Pre and post-assessment of plans, deriving solid conclusions to recommend action plans and corrective actions for campaign optimization.
* Ongoing reporting of plans, results, and budget.
* Coordinate the Display Communication through Dynamic Banners with the creative agency.
* Media Budget Control Headquarters & BUs.
* Implementation, supervision, and ongoing follow-up of Attribution model outcomes to track media investment efficiencies and provide recommendations according to business needs.
* Team management.

* The role will be at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Regional Office at C/ Santa Engracia 120, Madrid, Spain
* Currently, a hybrid working model (3 days at the office – 2 days at home).
