We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and driven Senior Accountant to join our high-performing team and drive fundcraft’s growth and success!

Reporting to: Fund Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Fund Accounting Manager in the administration of assigned clients and supporting the team’s growth in a senior capacity.
* Reviewing and managing the accurate accruals and related payments.
* Overseeing reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are resolved, and entries are booked.
* Calculating income distributions and supporting capital-related activities.
* Preparing and reviewing Financial Statements with footnotes and responding to audit inquiries as needed.
* Identifying and escalating issues or errors promptly, suggesting solutions, and meeting service deadlines and client expectations.
* Assisting team members in executing daily operational activities and providing support where needed.
* Following established procedures, controls, and best practices, supporting updates to documentation as necessary.
* Aligning with fundcraft’s business objectives and OKRs to encourage growth and development.
* Liaising and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are met.
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as delegated.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) are a plus.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable with tight deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, and navigating multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of or interest in digital tools and technology to streamline accounting processes.
* Strong sense of ownership and a 'Getting-Things-Done' mindset.
* Proficiency in working with daily deadlines and high accuracy.
* Ability to provide open, constructive feedback promptly.
