About the Role
Focused on commercial and service strategy towards our Chinese customers:
* Plan and carry out visits and contacts with customers and participate in the forums agreed in the commercial strategy.
* To propose actions and strategies to carry out commercial prospecting to identify and generate contacts with new clients.
* Lead business development through the achievement of agreements located in a global framework and meeting the needs of the company.
* Lead commercial relationships with customers, identifying and analyzing their needs.
* Explore their area of influence, attend and attract new customers.
* Leading the analysis of the market, its trends and evolutions, as well as analyzing and identifying the main actors in the commercial decision process.
* Investigate and explore to obtain information on both PE's own product range and that of the competition, as well as the evolution of the market.
* Participate in the elaboration of the solution and technical proposal with the Sales Engineering area.
* Present work proposals and technical solutions in response to customer requests and demands, as well as market developments.
* Participate in the design of PE strategies at the product level and in promotion and brand positioning.
* Establish and maintain relationships with customers, transmitting PE's culture and values, as well as complying with the commitments, policies, and practices included in the accepted business ethics.
* Record all commercial actions in the area's management system (CRM) and submit the required reports to your immediate manager.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
