Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Technician specializing in building rehabilitation to manage and grow client relationships in the renovation sector. This role involves consultative sales, client acquisition, and promoting energy-efficient solutions to property managers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients in the building rehabilitation sector.
2. Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and present tailored rehabilitation solutions to add value.
3. Sales Negotiation: Market and defend proposals for energy rehabilitation budgets for residential buildings and individuals.
4. Event Representation: Represent the company at trade fairs, stands, and other industry events.
5. Strategic Networking: Build strong relationships with property managers and key professionals to generate leads and referrals.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in building rehabilitation sales or related projects.
2. Proven portfolio of property managers and key contacts in the sector.
3. Skilled in identifying sales opportunities and working towards targets.
4. Proficient in office tools and commercial reporting systems.
5. Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle (mileage reimbursement at €0.36 / km).
Compensation
