Your main purpose: Mission: As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure our guests enjoy unparalleled privacy and comfort by engaging your team. Management: Onboarding process for the new joiners. Train and mentor, your team according to company standards. Prepare daily schedules and work shifts. Communicate and collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience. Supervision: Ensure that all cleaning procedures and methods adhere to company standards. Inspect and report any damage or deterioration in rooms and common areas. Supervise the cleaning of rooms and common areas. What will you bring? : Previous experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, preferably in a hotel environment. Fluency in English. Hotel Management and Tourism degree would be a plus. Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high paced luxury environment. Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
