We are currently hiring for the position of Global Head of Creative and Content for our headquarters in Alcoy.
Main role: You are responsible for shaping and executing the creative image, direction, and content strategy of a cosmetic brand to drive differentiation and audience engagement. You’ll define the brand’s identity and tone of voice and produce high-quality creative assets according to the brand's values, mission, and objectives, with the aim of creating a high-impact global communication.
Your missions:
1. Lead the global content and creative strategy and shape the visual identity of the brand for all communication channels.
2. Responsible for the brand guidelines, imagery, and image campaigns.
3. Lead an internal creative team of designers and copywriters to achieve results.
4. Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with external creative agencies.
5. Oversee the production of diverse content types, including digital (online, paid media assets, social media, email marketing), in-store visual merchandising, trade marketing, commercial support, and educational content (both B2B and B2C).
6. Participate in brand awareness and improved user experience, enabling sales through higher demand generation.
7. Analyze competition, market trends, and consumer needs to maximize sales potential.
8. Establish KPIs for creative and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and analyze performance data to refine strategies.
You will report to the Global Brand and Marketing Director.
Requirements:
1. Stakeholder management both internal and external.
2. Previous successful experience in managing creative teams and working with creative agencies (+5 years), preferably in the fashion/luxury or cosmetics sector.
3. Proven expertise in developing and executing creative and content strategies for B2B/B2C audiences that drove measurable results.
4. Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement principles.
5. Autonomy, capacity to challenge the status quo, and bring breakthrough ideas.
6. Leadership with wisdom. Empower, not control. Ability to inspire others.
7. Knowledge of project management, time management, and agile tools.
8. Minimum English level C1.
