What are we looking for
We are looking for an administrative profile with good level of English to maintain and enhance customer relationships and work to achieve the organizational and operational objectives providing an enhanced level of responsibility and support to customers and stakeholders.
Smart working (remote 2 days week)
Temporary - long-term contract
What you will do
* Respond effectively to internal & external customer queries and requests (Creating & Confirming quotations and sales orders, inventory availability, providing shipping information, pricing confirmations, among others).
* Check all shipment dates are correct and in agreement with customer’s requests, coordinating with other areas to ensure agreed customer service levels and standards are met.
* Review and track customer complaint resolution and other customer service issues (Responsible for the root cause investigation ensuring all required parties within the organization are involved for resolution and follow-up, escalating when necessary).
* Participate in continuous improvement and other activities such as analyzing relevant data to determine customer service outputs, monitoring reporting and database information accuracy, analyzing and sharing functional KPIs with stakeholders and customers to detect improvement areas, actively participating in cross-functional initiatives.
What you need to succeed
EXPERIENCE : 2+ years' experience in customer service
TRAINING :
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
* Competent use of Microsoft Office Excel
* DESIRED: Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems would be ideal. Previous experience working in OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
LANGUAGES : fluent in English and Spanish (any other languages would be a plus)
SOFT SKILLS :
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English
* A team player that is adaptable and flexible, can work under pressure and with high workloads whilst managing time
* Good interpersonal skills
