A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. This role plays a key part in implementing and managing HR programs, ensuring compliance, and providing support to employees and managers across Europe.
What do we look for in the ideal candidate?
* Assist in the implementation and management of HR programs and policies across Europe.
* Provide support and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across Europe.
* Support the elaboration of payroll for seven different legal entities.
* Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
Your profile and soft skills should be:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of European employment laws and payroll regulations.
* Experience in managing recruitment processes for medium-sized companies.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and two other European languages.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
