Job Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core value propositions and developing campaigns that drive engagement from product and feature development to promotion. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to execute the marketing strategy, which helps meet our client needs and supports business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute the full marketing strategy and plan for our products and solutions;
* Develop campaign plans, including advertising, promotion, events, stakeholder engagement, sales collateral, and internet/digital marketing;
* Own and deliver the Product Go-to-Market strategy, delivery, and results, including roadmap and dashboard related to prospect and client engagement for all new and legacy products;
* Engage closely with Product Managers and sales to align on priorities and key messaging;
* Collaborate with other teams/agencies to help define and deliver effective prospect and customer marketing initiatives;
* Work with the global web centre of excellence team to optimise and manage website contents;
* Ensure that Iberia product contents align with the brand strategy and meets accessibility standards;
* Post-Mortem Analysis to optimise future results campaigns to support the business in meeting ambitious growth targets;
Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in B2B Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and similar roles in bank entities and financial institutions;
* Proactive and driven B2B product marketing experience building and managing a full channel marketing strategy;
* Implemented effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing products;
* Data-driven marketing campaign delivery and high knowledge of traditional and digital channels, journeys, and funnel optimisation;
* Ability to create strong networks and work cross-functionally to build trust and enable smooth execution of marketing activity for the business;
* Analytical skills, with the ability to deliver and report on multiple projects in various stages of the campaign lifecycle;
* Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar;
* Advanced Level in written and spoken English;
