MISSION
1. Develop & follow-up of Top Clients promotional plan together with Key Account Managers, E-KAMs & the brands.
2. Calendarization & follow-up GWP by client/brand & develop special promotions for top clients.
3. Creation, calendarization and follow up of POP materials.
4. Manages and control TM Budget of assigned customers.
5. Analyze promotional activity, visibility campaigns in Top Retailers & market trend and use knowledge to build actionable plans, based on data.
6. Elaborate BA´s route, scheduling the cabines per customer, the weeks of support and the special actions in POS for each week and person.
KEY ACTIVITIES
1. Analyze promotional activity, visibility campaigns in Top Retailers & market trend and use knowledge to build actionable plans.
2. Generate & share retail, market & competitor dynamics knowledge with Brand owners to improve future marketing plans.
3. Implement reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, areas of concern, new innovations and ability to achieve business targets.
4. Collects feedback from Sales team on customers execution & trends.
5. Understands competitive landscape and trends in markets, informs brand and commercial team on competitors' activity to develop mitigation plan.
6. Develop & follow-up of Top Customers promotional plan together with Key Account Managers, E-KAMs & Brand Owners.
7. Builds a detailed animation and promotional calendar by Retailer, including product launches and special events, iterates with Key Account Managers. Drives retailer differentiation.
8. Contributes to Retailer discussion material preparation.
9. Monitors execution and results (timing, quality, cost) in order to constantly keep adjusting and improving plans with a ROI mentality.
10. Creating and maintaining a memorable customer experience.
Forecast & follow-up GWP & POP materials by client/brand & develop special promotions for top clients.
Manages and control TM P&L budget of Top Retailers & Monthly report of estimates, accruals and invoices with the finance and accounting department.
Drive strategic category growth agreements and plans with key retailers.
1. Detect market opportunities and work with TM Manager to create ad-hoc proposal for Top Customers to win market share and expand the category.
