Position Overview As a Therapy Development Manager, you are responsible for the clinical support and management of the Coronary Sinus Reducer therapy, which will include prospecting and building relationships that will increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the Reducer product line and your assigned geography. At Shockwave, we have a strong focus on clinical excellence, and we expect our teams to be seen by all healthcare professionals in their territory as a trusted partner, building excellent relationships through education and clinical support. You must have expert level knowledge in the refractory angina disease area. Working closely with the specialties Interventional Cardiology and general Cardiology, our employees must be flexible and able to manage their time effectively while providing an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop an expert level knowledge of the Coronary Sinus Reducer and be recognized by customers as a product expert. Exhibit an excellent knowledge of the wider disease area and take personal accountability for developing/maintaining product and disease area knowledge. Provide high quality clinical and technical support to help sites achieve procedural success and increased therapy adoption. Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively. Understand the clinical data and be able to translate that to physician/patient benefit, ensuring the Reducer is used appropriately.
