Teleperformance Spain is looking for a Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst,
Tasks:
1. Analyze and keep track of buyer feedback
2. Summarize and provide highlights of feedback
3. Test and check reverse orders to improve process of return or refund
4. Competition Benchmask as buyer experience
5. Change of status for orders coming from other Logistics department.
Requirements
6. English B2 (spoken and written)
7. Presence in Madrid
8. Knowledge of excel (level of pivot tables, analysis, formulas type: search V)
9. Proactivity, willingness to learn, assimilate new concepts (many continuous and last minute changes or small tasks).
10. Previous knowledge of logistics or customer voice in marketplace or ecommerce is appreciated.
