About easyHotel
easyHotel was born in 2005 when Stelios Ioannou, founder of easyJet, launched our first hotel. Our mission is to make it possible for more people to travel by offering hotels for everyone, hotels that are easy to book, easy to use, and city-centric. Hotels designed for both those who travel on a budget and those who prefer to save money on their hotel to enjoy the best that the city has to offer.
We are an ambitious and growing brand that aspires to become a pan-European platform of 100 hotels in the next 5 years, with one goal: to be a leader in low-cost, low-carbon hotels across Europe. We are present in 11 countries with 49 hotels and we have plans to continue growing. To support this organic growth, we are looking for our Hotel Manager for our next opening in Valencia.
What we are looking for:
1. Operational supervision:
· Oversee the hotel's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
· Work with the different departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort.
2. Team leadership:
· Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Provide advice and support to reception and housekeeping staff.
3. Customer relations:
· Ensure that guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, responding promptly and professionally to their concerns.
· Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Quality Management:·
· Monitor and maintain quality standards in all aspects of the hotel.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve the overall product.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
· Minimum experience of 2 years as a Hotel Manager, Head of Reception or Head of Housekeeping.
· Spanish mandatory and essential English proficiency
· Demonstrated leadership ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Great organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
· It is preferable to have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
