Sales Assistant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for Sales Assistant for Tom Ford’s new opening in Puerto Banus
The person that we are looking for has at experience in the Luxury Retail and has important experience in high fashion boutique.
Key Accountabilities:
* Achieve Sale Targets through effective use of sales techniques and by knowing customers and products
* Identify customer expectations and advise them on products
* Master the client journey
* Clienteling
* After-sales assistance and customer follow-up
* Focus on development and retention of clients, recruitment of new and potential ones
* Deal with all sales and after sales activities (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints)
* Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor
* Know the warehouse stock of all categories in order to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales
* Respect administration and operations procedures
Key Requirement:
* At least 2 years of experience in the luxury retail field
* Knowledge of luxury products and basic selling techniques
* Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus
* Must have client network in luxury environment
* Be a team player with a pro-active attitude
