General ResponsibilityReporting to the Global Supply Chain Director, you will lead and guide the master data management organization.Define the MDM vision/strategy, transform it into a mid-term roadmapEnsure alignment of MDM with business and IT strategyFacilitation of aligned and integrated MDM solutions from business and IT perspectiveImplementation and improvement of a Quality Management SystemAlign with business projects, identify potential impacts on master data and define measuresSpecific Responsibilities Drives the master data harmonization (customer, vendors, materials, etc.) and the implementation of the master data strategyDecision on project prioritizationEnforcement on processes proceduresDefines authorization levels of decision bodiesGuides change management activities, ensure regular communication to the organizationFosters exchange with IT regarding MDM requirements towards MDMProvides input for standards and guidelinesDecision making regarding new requirementsDefinition of DQM framework and the determination of improvement measuresRequirements and personal skills Education: Master Degree (or equivalent).Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): 8+ years working experience, thereof at least 5 years within master data managementSpecific Knowledge: In depth ERP know-how and IT affinity. 3+ years of leadership experience. Strong project management skills.Personal skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Assertive and persistent.
