Your Role at Weekendesk 🚀
* Benchmarking: Qualify and create a database of new hotels that will be indicated according to our specifications.
* Recruit new hotel partners and activity centers in order to expand the offer on the website, according to the procurement plan previously defined.
* Negotiation and support to the Marketing department with Marketing Campaigns.
* Work closely and support the sales department with in their day to day needs.
* Identify the best destinations and focus on the business plan.
* Respect the objectives defined by the KPIs.
* Cold-calling hotels to present the company in order to create a business partnership.
* Responsible for the compliance of the agreements.
* Negotiate packages and good offers to sell on the website.
* Final quality check of all the information loaded on the website.
* Follow the contract management process in order to deliver new products in the best delays to ensure top high quality portfolio all year round ✨

* 3 years of experience as a Business Developer in the travel industry.
* Advanced knowledge of the e-commerce environment and hotel sector.
* Strong commercial taste for sales & negotiation by phone.
* Available for business trips an fairs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Dynamic and cares about teamwork.
