To support the Company growth of the biostimulant business, WeGrow AG is looking for a Sales Manager based in Spain.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development of the biostimulant & additives business. This will include all activities from Division budgeting, sales strategy & planning, customers and suppliers’ management, sales execution. Critical to the role will be the understanding of varied agricultural markets and countries demands, latest agricultural technologies and products and proven experience in WSF, N-Inhibitors and/or biostimulants sales. Internally, the Sales Manager needs to demonstrate professional independence and initiative, ability to assimilate constant challenges and solid team spirit in collaboration with other members of the Company around the World.
Position's Responsibilities:
* Design and develop the biostimulants business’ strategy & marketing pillars.
* Communicate in daily basis with suppliers and customers and conduct the Division sales efforts to achieve the Budget goals.
* Work in a collaborative manner with our subsidiaries, other members of the Company’s team to optimize relationships, manage risk appropriately and capture sales and purchase opportunities.
* Identify and develop opportunities for strategic alliances, investments and/or acquisition opportunities in the bio stimulant field.
* Supervise sales and purchases with the Company suppliers and customers, negotiate and secure best commercial conditions, ensure smooth contract execution in coordination with the Company logistic team and follow up timely collection of receivables.
* Assist in forecasting market direction of various products by providing timely inputs for supply/demand analysis and regular daily updates covering short-and long-term developments on bio stimulants and additives.
Position's Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or agricultural sciences.
* PROVEN international sales experience in biostimulants and/or WSF, inhibitors, organic fertilizers.
* PROVEN experience in marketing and/or sales of branded products in the agricultural, human health or chemical industries.
* The ideal candidate must have sharp commercial skills and ambition to surpass commercial goals.
* Enjoy the interaction with customers and suppliers, have experience in international trade (supply management, logistics, trade finance, etc), good communicator and outgoing personality.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken) any additional language will be highly valued.
