🚀 Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Studio Alchemy is an AI-powered photography service transforming everyday photos into beautifully enhanced images — starting with our two flagship brands in the baby space. As we expand into new verticals, we’re looking for a data-driven and creative marketing leader to take full ownership of our digital growth engine and scale us toward $10M+ in revenue.
Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity for a highly entrepreneurial marketer with a full-stack eCommerce and performance background to build and scale every facet of our digital business — from acquisition to retention, conversion to UX.
You will own the website, paid acquisition, SEO, email/CRM, CRO, analytics, and everything in between. Think of this role as part eCommerce GM, part growth strategist, and part digital architect.
You'll work alongside a talented social media specialist to ensure organic and paid strategies are aligned for maximum impact — but you will be the owner of the end-to-end performance marketing engine.
This is a foundational role designed to evolve into a senior leadership or executive position as we grow.
What You’ll Own
⚡️ Growth & Paid Media
* Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.)
* Own ad budgets, media planning, creative direction, testing frameworks, and scaling
* Lead customer acquisition strategies that balance growth with efficiency (CAC, ROAS)
đź’Ś Email/CRM
* Build and manage automated lifecycle email campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
* Develop segmentation strategies for conversion and retention
* Own design, copy direction, testing, and performance analysis
🔍 SEO & Content Optimization
* Lead our organic search strategy to increase long-term traffic and authority
* Oversee content planning, on-page optimization, and technical SEO collaboration with devs
đź›’ Website Experience & On-Site Marketing
* Own the website fully, including strategic direction of UX/UI, content hierarchy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the website, ensuring every element supports user experience and drives revenue growth
* Collaborate with web developers and designers to creatively direct the visual identity of the site, ensuring a seamless, premium, and on-brand user experience
* Lead the strategy and execution of on-site marketing campaigns — including popups, landing pages, interactive content, and digital lookbooks — to drive engagement and conversion

* Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across traffic, conversion, and retention
* Deep dive into funnel behavior, LTV, CAC, and churn to drive data-led decisions
* Own experimentation frameworks across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience owning and scaling both eCommerce websites and performance marketing
* You’ve run Meta ad budgets of $100K+, with deep testing and optimization experience
* You know your way around Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and landing page tools
* You’re fluent in the language of metrics: CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, CVR
* Startup-ready: agile, resourceful, and excited to build from zero to scale
* Bonus: experience leveraging AI tools and marketing automation for speed and efficiency
